The Collectors Chest is a series of events showcasing some of the most alluring polished coloured fancy and white diamonds, precious gemstones and high-end jewellery. It is one of the most open and transparent events brought to you by AV Globale.

2. How do I bid on a lot at The Collectors Chest?

Create an account and register by submitting the requisite documents to participate in the active auction. Once you are registered, you can place bids on the lots of your interest. You can only place bids live during the auction, or you can place Private Sale requests (only available on specific lots).

3. How a seller can consign goods for auction?

A seller can consign goods for auction by contacting the auction house or auction platform, providing details about the goods they wish to sell, and agreeing to the terms and conditions of the consignment agreement. Seller can also click here to show interest.

4. What is the reserve price?

The reserve price is the minimum price that the seller is willing to accept for that particular lot. If the final bid does not meet or exceed the reserve price, the lot will not be sold.

5. Is there an estimate on live auction lots?

Every lot in the live auction is given an estimate for the bidder to understand the right value of the lot. Thus indicating the right price for each lot valued upon during the live auction and helps make sure that the lot is not sold below the agreed upon price

6. Why are some of the lots shown in the highlight tab on the main screen?

The highlight tab is a gallery to showcase the top lots in a particular live auction. These lots are selected by the AV Globale team based on the lots specifics and rarity.

7. How can I check my bid history and current bids status?

Go to your profile to access the user dashboard and click on Bid Manager to check all your bid statistics specifically to your bidding profile.

8. What is the procedure to withdraw from my winning bid?

Once a bid is placed it can not be canceled. We strongly suggest you do the bid carefully by taking your time before placing the bid.

9. What are the fees associated with bidding in an auction at The Collectors Chest?

AV Globale charges a commission on all sales. The commission rate is 10% for lots that sell for less or equal to US$20,000/- and 5% for lots that sell for more than US$20,000/-. In addition, AV Globale may charge other fees, such as listing or shipping fees.

10. How do I pay for a lot that I have won in an auction?

If you win a lot in an auction, you will need to pay for the lot within 14 business days. You can pay via bank transfer, wire transfer or crypto currency (USDT). We support multiple payment options that can be discussed with the customer service.

11. How do I receive the lot that I have won in the auction?

If AV Globale provides complete support on the winning lot. The AV Globale team will connect to the winning bidder to inform and discuss over shipment and transfer procedures.
