2. How do I bid on a lot at Frequent Auction?

Create an account and register by submitting the requisite documents to participate in the active auction. Once you are registered, you can place bids on the lots of your interest. You can only place bids live during the auction.

3. How a seller can consign goods for auction?

A seller can consign goods for auction by contacting the auction house or auction platform, providing details about the goods they wish to sell, and agreeing to the terms and conditions of the consignment agreement. Seller can also click here to show interest.

4. What is the seller’s reserve price?

The reserve price is the minimum price that the seller is willing to accept for that particular lot. If the final bid does not meet or exceed the reserve price, the lot will not be sold.

5. Can I view the seller's reserve price during bidding?

The seller's reserve price is confidential and is not displayed during the bidding process. It is kept for internal use only and remains at the seller's discretion.

6. Is there an estimate on live auction lots?

Every lot in the live auction is given an estimate for the bidder to understand the right value of the lot. Thus, indicating the right price for each lot valued upon during the live auction and helps make sure that the lot is not sold below the agreed upon price.

7. Can I purchase a lot without participating in an auction?

Yes, you can make your best offer by clicking the 'Make an Offer' button during a live auction. If your offer meets the seller's reserve price, the lot will be sold to you and removed from further bidding. We've introduced this feature for buyers who need to secure a lot quickly, whether due to travel or other personal reasons.

8. How can I check my bid history and current bids status?

Go to your profile to access the user dashboard and click on Bid Manager to check all your bid statistics specifically to your bidding profile.

9. What is the procedure to withdraw from my winning bid?

Once a bid is placed it cannot be cancelled. We strongly suggest you do the bid carefully by taking your time before placing the bid.

10. What are the fees associated with bidding in an auction at Frequent Auction?

At AV Globale, there are no fees for buyers or premium on the purchased products to participate in an auction. We only charge a commission to the seller on all sales. The commission is 10% for lots that sell for $20,000 or less, and 5% for lots that sell for more than $20,000. Additionally, other fees, such as listing or shipping fees, may be charged by AV Globale.

11. How do I pay for a lot that I have won in an auction?

If you win a lot in an auction, you will need to pay for the lot within 14 business days. You can pay via bank transfer, wire transfer or crypto currency (USDT). We support multiple payment options that can be discussed with the client services.

12. How do I receive the lot I won in the auction?

AV Globale offers full support for the delivery of the lot you've won. Our team will reach out to the winning bidder to provide information and discuss the shipment and transfer arrangements.
